Cable unwinders
Rama 800 and 1000
Cable unwinders Rama 800 and Rama 1000 are ideal additions to your cable processing machine. Both models work seamlessly with our length cutting machines Speedy 40 and RS 40. They automatically feed cables from the drum, operate at high processing speeds, and handle with gentle traction, suitable for unwinding flexible and thin cables.
Rama 1250 and 1600
Like the smaller models Rama 800 and Rama 1000, the dereelers Rama 1250 and Rama 1600 are ideal for feeding into your cable processing machine. They differ from the smaller models in their larger drum diameters (1250 mm for Rama 1250 and 1600 mm for Rama 1600) and higher weight capacities (1 ton for Rama 1250 and up to 2 tons for Rama 1600). They handle solid cables with ease and can also unwind flexible and thin cables with optionally added loops.
Rama FLEX
Ramatech’s rama FLEX system automatically unwinds cables and feeds them to the subsequent cable processing machine. It can accommodate cable drums with diameters up to 1200 mm and widths up to 1000 mm, with a maximum weight of 1000 kg per drum. This system allows for production using 4 to 8 cable drums simultaneously, enabling continuous production on your cable processing line.
Cable winding machines
KRI 450 Series
Our cable winding machines wind cables cut to the desired length into coils. There are three versions: C (Winding), CB (Winding and tying), and CBP (Winding, tying, and pulling). With version C, the cable is simply wound into a coil on the winding plate. With version CB, you can use a modular attachment to push the coil towards the integrated tying device and secure it manually with an elastic band. Even heavy coil rings can be easily pushed over the table to the right.
KRI 850 Series
The KRI 850 series for cable coil winding differs from the KRI 450 series only in terms of maximum outer coil diameter and cable diameters it can handle. It’s available in versions C (Winding), CB (Winding and tying), and CBP (Winding, tying, and pulling). In the basic version, cables are wound and removed manually. With the CB variant, you can also manually tie the cable coil with an elastic band and push it to the right over the connector.
WBA 400
Ramatech’s high-performance ring coilers for coiling cable rings and tying make everything fully automatic. The cable is compactly wound onto a programmable tension using a laying unit and automatically tied twice with an elastic rubber cord. After the tying process, the cable ring is pushed sideways onto a table, conveyor belt or into a box. After the winding and tying process, the two cable ends remain free for the same length. This is practical for further processing

KA Series
Our Ramatech cable plugs and cable sorters are the perfect automated solution for storing single or multi-core cables. They even accurately deposit oversized cables with the help of an active conveyor belt. They work swiftly and reliably, ensuring consistent quality control. This makes them the ideal successors to your wire processing machines. Thanks to their independent operating terminal, they also provide a high level of operational comfort.

RAMA LA 01
The Ramatech RAMA LA 01 cable holder is a passive storage system and therefore the simplest type of cable drum storage. The drums can only be unwound manually, without a drive unit. RAMA LA 01 is designed for any number of cable drums up to a maximum diameter of 1250 mm and a weight of up to 1000 kg. With a rack depth of 1100 mm, pallets can also be stored above the level of the cable drums.
RAMA LA 02
The RAMA LA 02 cable storage system is an active storage system. It allows for unwinding cable drums not only passively but also actively with the help of a unwinding drive mechanism. The drive unit with a laterally movable rubber-coated wheel accelerates the unwinding cable drum, significantly increasing the unwinding speed.
RAMA LA 03 i LA 04
RAMA LA 03 and RAMA LA 04 are semi-automatic cable drum holders with a mobile motorized platform. This platform provides space for an entire cable processing line or winding line, which typically includes cable storage, a machine for cutting to specific lengths, and a coiler or rewinding system. With this storage system, the production line reaches the cable drum, eliminating the need to individually remove and transport drums to the processing line.
RAMA LA 05 Cable Cat i RAMA LA 06 AGV
The fully automated cable storage system Cable Cat combines storage space with production efficiency through integrated dual unwinders. These unwinders feature two positions for drums: one actively in production, while the other is pre-loaded and ready for use. As a result, there is no downtime for drum replacement, increasing efficiency by 50% compared to manual or semi-automatic systems. Integrated warehouse management software allows access to each drum at any time, ensuring maximum transparency and control.
