In the Metzner program, you can find all machines for cutting and stripping cable insulation that meet the industry’s needs. All machines offer high versatility to easily adapt to various production tasks. Of course, all machines are designed to be user-friendly. They utilize the same software, so your operator only needs to be trained once.
Our machines for cutting and stripping cable insulation come from the same manufacturer as our conveyors, developers, winders, and stripping solutions – the Metzner Group. Because they are fully compatible with each other, creating a production line is very straightforward.
Manufacturing control cabinets
With the Triathlon series, you can easily automate the design and production of control cabinets. After importing CAD data into Triathlon, the control cabinet is designed. The software collects wiring schedules, assembly or terminal lists, and all other necessary information. It then automatically generates data for mechanical processing and delivers it to the Triathlon machine.
Processing includes cutting and stripping on one or both sides, as well as crimping and printing with up to two printers. Pre-sorting of cables is also part of this automatic housing production process. Triathlon can print in one or multiple colors. It’s also capable of printing on a white surface, which will then be marked with black text on white by the Triathlon.
